Washington Saxophone Quartet To Perform In Lee Recital Series (The Chattanoogan)
Lee University will host the Washington Saxophone Quartet in the 2008-2009 Squires Recital Series. The concert will be Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the Squires Recital Hall located on Parker Street.

Al Gallodoro dies at 95 (The Daily Star)
Al Gallodoro, whose career playing saxophone, clarinet and bass clarinet spanned nine decades, died Saturday. The 27-year Oneonta resident had performed as recently as last month, and had shows scheduled for later this month and for late November.
